Exercise: For Wellness, Not Weight Loss


Exercise is great for overall health and wellness, but contrary to what you’ve probably been told, it does not help you to lose weight.

If you already have an exercise program established, feel free to keep it up, but note that you may experience a temporary drop in performance while your body adjusts to your low-carb eating plan.

If you’re interested in starting an exercise program, we can help you create one later on. For now, your main goal is to adjust your diet to limit carbs, since that’s the most effective way to move the needle on the scale.
