Optional App Based Tracking Systems
You might ask, are there other options than “Box Tracking” that will help me to be most successful on the JumpstartMD program? The answer is YES!
Here are a few app tracking systems we recommend:

If you choose to track via a digital app, remember to look beyond the calories and check to make sure you are hitting your prescribed daily macronutrients goals. Total calories will be measured by the grams of each macronutrient you consume in a day.
When your Clinician prescribes your macronutrients, their ratios are based on individual carbohydrate sensitivity and personal goals. Generally, healthy fats will be the majority of your calorie consumption ranging from 50-75% of your total calories. Nutrient-dense carbohydrates may range from 5-20% and protein will typical be around 20% with a range of 10-30% of your daily calories.
