Our individualized JumpstartMD program is a medically proven approach to weight loss and health that’s focused on the source of the calories in your diet, not the number. Instead of counting calories or starving yourself, you will learn how to use delicious, satiating foods to encourage your body to enter a natural fat-burning state.

Over the coming weeks, you will be learning more about the science behind this approach, as well as why the mainstream recommendations for health and weight loss (eat less, avoid fat, and exercise more) are wrong. Our goal today is to jump-start your JumpstartMD experience by giving you just the essentials.

For now, and your next two visits, your goal is to begin to transition to the JumpstartMD lifestyle by limiting/avoiding carbohydrates, and becoming comfortable eating healthy fat.
